Click the Chrome Menu ≡ in upper right corner
Go to Settings
Under 'Search', click the 'Manage search engines...' button
If your default is Google, click on it and update the URL to end in the country of your choice i.e.
http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=%s
Click 'Done'
